“Perfect Posture” – is a special program developed for any age and gender.

Discover the secret of internal and external health and beauty of your body.

It took me more than a decade to develop this training program. The idea came to me after graduating from Russian State University of Physical Education and Sport. I continued my research by attending advanced courses and various educational programs for trainers, kept consulting with qualified physiotherapists and practiced different methods of training with recognized fitness coaches. The knowledge and experience I gained lay into the foundation of the program I’ve been practicing and upgrading with 150+ clients over the last 10 years.
The program is divided into sections and includes a unique combination of yoga principles, physiotherapy exercises and intensive full body workout.

Each program consists of 12 sessions 45 minutes long. Each session starts with a full body warm up, then comes a set of exercises developed specifically for a particular goal of a program and finishes with a comprehensive stretching.

In this course we are going to be focused on our core muscles, upper and lower back and of course glutes and legs. We are going to build the posture of your dreams that will help you live pain free life from now on. Welcome to the first session of my course.

The third session of our course is dedicated to our core. Today we are going to include a lot of “planks” into our routine. This will help to build our healthy posture. Make sure you put video on pause whenever you need to take a break or grab a sip of water.
